This JAS certified organic ceremonial grade matcha from Kyoto is a premium first-harvest selection, crafted from the tender, shade-grown leaves of the early spring season. Carefully stone-milled in small batches to preserve its vibrant color, delicate aroma, and smooth texture, it offers a naturally sweet, umami-rich flavor profile with minimal bitterness. Ideal for both traditional usucha and matcha lattes.
Cultivar : Okumidori
HOW TO BREW:
- Sift 2-4 gr of matcha powder
- Add 60ml of 80°c water
- Whisk until frothy
Store in a cold, dry place.
