What is your return policy?

As they begin to oxidize once opened, we do not accept returns on matcha powders; however, if your product arrives damaged, please reach out to info@matchamoritea.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

Where does Matchamori ship to?

Matchamori is currently sending up goodness for Australia only, but stay tuned, we’ll be shipping worldwide soon!

How much is your shipping rate?

Enjoy $10 flat rate standard shipping or $15 express. We also offer free standard shipping when you spend over $100.

How should I store my matcha?

Keep your matcha magic fresh by storing it in a cool, dark place! While there's no official expiry date, we recommend enjoying it within 6 months of opening for the best flavour and vibrancy.

Where did the matcha come from?

Our premium first flush matcha is harvested straight from the lush fields of Kyoto, where tradition meets taste in every sip.
